Raj is currently the Global Head of Total Rewards at Airbnb based in San Francisco. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s global initiates in compensation and benefits related matters. Raj has enjoyed a career with extensive experience in global compensation and benefits; executive compensation and sales compensation. Prior to joining Airbnb, he was the Global Head of Total Rewards for Illumina (San Diego). He previously led the executive compensation efforts at Altria Group (Philip Morris USA), and the compensation and benefits function for the Central/Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa regions at Schering-Plough (now Merck). Raj also held consulting positions of increasing responsibility at Watson Wyatt Worldwide and Towers Perrin (now the combined Towers Watson). Raj lived and studied in Europe, earning his MBA from the University of Cambridge. He also holds a MS degree in Technology Management from the Stetson School of Business and Economics, Mercer University in Atlanta and a BA degree in Management from Morehouse College, also in Atlanta.
Michelle is the Americas Benefits Manager at Airbnb Inc., based in San Francisco. Her responsibilities include managing employee benefits for Canada, United States, and Brazil as well as international benefits projects for all other countries that Airbnb operates in. Prior to finding her calling in Benefits, she held various HR roles at Bay Area technology companies including SanDisk and Google. She holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a B.S. in Human Development from the University of California, Davis. She has lived and studied in Japan and is a former competitive dragonboat racer.
As Head of Global Mobility, Immigration and Mobility Tax for Airbnb Inc., Gabby is responsible for leading overall strategy, direction, and operational optimization for Airbnb’s global mobility programs. Gabrielle’s extensive experiences includes over 20 years in human resources program management and consulting in global immigration; expatriate management; tax administration; compliance; and total rewards in the travel, technology, retail, consulting, finance, and legal industries. Her professional affiliations include a large number of professional and industry organizations, including The Society for Human Resources Management, Worldwide ERC, and Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM). Gabrielle provides mentoring support to colleagues, and she is a global traveler, artist and designer of Halloween attractions.

Terilyn is the company’s Chief People & Culture Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She joined Acxiom in 2015. She is a long time member of BAMM (Bay Area Mobility Management) and was recently elected to serve on their Board in the capacity of Corporate Advisor. Cheri has over 10 years of experience working in HR with a primary focus on Global Mobility. Prior to her current role as a Sr. Manager, Talent Mobility at Varian Medical Systems, Cheri led the mobility teams at both Twitter and Google. Throughout her career, she has designed and implemented innovative global mobility solutions including the creation and launch of the original points-based relocation program at Google. In addition, she served as a key advisor on HR and mobility solutions to support extensive international expansions in rapid growth environments. She will also serve on the Board of BAMM as a Programs and Events Chair for 2016/2017 and regularly speaks on mobility and HR topics. Cheri holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University and a Master's Degree in Organization Psychology from Columbia University
In this newly formed role, Samir Bajaj is responsible for aligning talent, mobility and reward to ensure a strong focus on recognizing and developing key talent. Samir joined Levi’s 2 years ago to lead their internal compensation consulting practice for global functions such as Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Finance and IT. Prior to joining Levi’s, Samir was head of HR for GLOBALFOUNDRIES Abu Dhabi, where he spent two years working directly with the investor to build a technology ecosystem and talent development programs for Emiratis. Prior to that, Samir was the head of HR for LG Electronics USA, based in NJ. Samir began his HR career with The Coca-Cola Company, where he had a varied career that included mobility, compensation, business partnering, shared services and HR Transformation based in Atlanta, Dublin, London and Johannesburg.
David Croft builds strong, successful partnerships with corporate workforce mobility managers, helping them identify the tools and resources they need to optimize their programs. A veteran of the mobility industry with over 20 years of experience in relocation and global assignment business development throughout North America, David served as a VP with Weichert from 2000 to 2006 before returning in 2014. He is highly regarded for his client-centric, consultative approach to developing unique workforce mobility solutions and for being an authority on US/Canada cross-border moves. Throughout his career, David has built a reputation for being a results-oriented and driven leader with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing complex, tri-regional mobility programs for multinational companies. His professional insight is complemented by personal experience; David has relocated from Canada to the United States and taken a number of moves across the States throughout the past decade. Prior to re-joining Weichert, David served in executive sales roles with Cartus and Primacy. He began his career with RE/MAX Canada, providing relocation solutions to a wide range of corporate clients. Salvatore Ferrante, (Tori) brings years of global experience and insight to his position as the President of Crown Worldwide (merged with Armstrong Relocation in 2013). Tori is responsible for all international functions for the 25 offices that make up the Armstrong Relocation Group of companies. His expat experience in the Middle East, extensive travel and his ongoing cultivation of relationships with international agents make him unique in the industry. Known for his collaborative style of management and running a flat hardworking organization, Tori brings a genuine sense of partnership and fellowship to his work environment. He has been with Crown for almost 30 years and is an equity partner. Tori is a graduate of The University of Santa Clara Leavy School of Business. He and his wife Ann live in Alamo and have two children attending college in California. Tori is an avid outdoorsman and in his free time enjoys fishing, hunting, skiing, golf and scuba diving.
