Ken Burgress received his masters' in Rehabilitation Counseling from the Univ. of Pittsburgh and has worked as a behavioral healthcare specialist for three Fortune 500's - US Steel, Gulf Oil, and the Aluminum Company of America. Mr. Burgess built his own company, Solutions, Latin America in Sao Paulo, Brazil, a counseling and support service for US expatriates and families Ken has also worked as a behavioral health consultant for many years. Mr. Burgess has been with Leidos Health since its inception in 2012; and was a consultant to its parent organization, SAIC, since 1994.



Dr. Neill Carson, CEO

Neill Carson holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, was a postdoctoral fellow at Yale, and received his MBA form the University of Houston. He is president of International Assignment Profile Systems, Inc., a firm specializing in using technology to match and assist in the preparation of expats and families for international assignments. Dr. Carson is also a senior faculty and organizational consultant with the Levinson Institute, and a faculty member for the Harvard Medical School.



Dixie Wilson, M.A., is an employee assistance and expatriate services professional with more than 20-years of experience in working with expatriates and their families. A Licensed Professional Counselor, Dixie retired from ConocoPhillips in 2009, but returned to the company to provide expatriate preparation and support services until 2014. She has been an expatriate services consultant and expat coach/mentor for Leidos Health since 2012.

Most recently, Michael managed Global Behavioral Health and WorkLife Services for ConocoPhillips' worldwide operations. For more than 12-years prior, Michael was CEO and managing partner of National EAP, Inc. a New York-based Employee Assistance company providing Training, Employee & Management Consultation in both the public and private sectors. Michael attained a bachelor’s degree in psychology from State University of NY at Albany, a master’s degree in Social Work Administration from New York University, and a Post Masters Certificate in Clinical Practice from Adelphi University's Doctoral Program, New York. Michael, his wife and two children reside in Houston, Texas, where he serves as a Chief Psychological Expert for Chestnut Global Partners, LLC providing behavioral health service solutions in over 140 countries. Michael Hack is an active member of numerous clinical and business groups on a national and international level, and is a frequent speaker on behavioral health and productivity issues.



Fred Newman, CEO

Fred Newman is the founder and CEO of Interface EAP and Coordinated Health Solutions. In the mid-eighties he was the CFO of a public company that owned and managed psychiatric hospitals. It was in this position that he saw the need for a behavioral healthcare company with a proactive approach for addressing the impact mental health has on medical costs, productivity, and other labor costs. Fred founded Interface EAP in 1989, which began providing services on a national scale in 1990. In 2004, Interface began development of its now patented Pharmacy Intervention Protocol (PIP) to address the disconnect between the prescribing of certain medications and the type of physician writing the prescription. Fred has served on the boards of the Texas Association of Benefit Administrators (TABA) and Mental Health America – Texas. In addition, he served on the Benefits Committee for the Self Insurance Institute of America (SIIA) for four years. Fred has presented programs on behavioral healthcare management and prescription drug review to numerous groups including Benefit Management Forum & Expo, SPBA, TABA, WorldatWork, SIIA, PBMI and URAC. In addition, he has authored several articles for industry publications including The Self-Insurer and The Journal of Employee Assistance.
