Rachel Paul currently serves as the partner in charge of KPMG Denver‘s Global Mobility Services practice. During her career, she has provided and coordinated global mobility advisory services and U.S. and non-U.S. tax compliance assignee populations of all sizes. During her time spent living and working in Australia, she obtained a first-hand understanding of the needs of both assignees and their employers. Professional and industry experience: Analyzing corporate and assignee-level risk for assignment programs; Reviewing global mobility policies, procedures and operating structure in order to provide recommendations for improving efficiency, effectiveness and global mobility/assignee satisfaction; Management of large and small international assignment programs (HR, payroll and tax compliance), including leading complex, global transitions from one service provider to another; Global tax planning for international assignees; Coordination of multi-country resolutions to tax and business issues.
