ABOUT US: GlobalBusinessNews content provides a better understanding of the nexus between the c-suite strategies and objectives to gain competitive advantage and market development via GlobalHR policies, workforce planning, talent development training and deployment, then retaining the newly developed skills for next positions because this leads to human capital asset growth and corporate sustainability™. Mr Larry Fink -Chairman & CEO, BlackRock, recently said: "In today's global interconnected economy investment and jobs will flow to the nations and the regions or states or companies ...with the best training and education". So now let's talk about California and the new economy. California is once again on a growth curve and get ready for it. California is the world's #8 economy and well-prepared California-based businesses will flourish. Today will help by presenting ideas for understanding and providing know-how for implementing 'next practices'. Today's content relates to corporate policy, legal challenges and operations, and having the best people in the right positions, right time, right price... means developing and implementing effective, strategic talent mobility for the world we will be living in: frontier markets, the "hi po" countries and regions, and the mature, developed markets™.

A New Global HR / Talent Business Model for 2015 and Beyond

How to develop your workforce for Adaptability,
Multi-generational Leadership and 100 Day Success

presented by GlobalBusinessNews alliance partner,

Scott Hamilton
President & CEO, Executive Next Practices Institute
Managing Director, NextWORKS - ALLIGN Companies

The velocity and turbulence of change that is impacting businesses is expected to continue to escalate in 2015, driven by dynamic markets, increased regulations and a shrinking talent pool. The need for HR to be aligned and supporting the organization will be never greater, and yet the HR model in most cases is still built on the traditional “command and control” model of tactics, reaction and cost. How to Re-think HR: HR functions are often built around an organization, processes and/or activities from years past and simply “patched up” or had elements bolted on that never really fit. This session will focus on how to rethink the HR model and energize your team around moving beyond the status quo in the process by using new innovation methods.
