Hello and and welcome. I'm excited and quite honoured, grateful, and thankful to again have the support of the New York business community.

It's very gratifying and very cool - awesome!

It's all about education content. It's also about the people receiving the COMMUNICATOR AWARDS ...and because of the audience - a mix of corporate practitioners, functional heads, C-suite, academia, government, foundations and NGO's, and a variety of business experts. So get ready for an awesome day!

I invite you to prepare well for today's highly-interactive sessions by participating in GlobalBusinessnews ... 15-minute research survey about HR and companies going global...lessons learned. Findings will be discussed along with info from GlobalBusinessnews conferences presented during April in Paris on the 14th, Zurich on the 16th, and Silicon Valley April 30th.

You will take-away practical information and guidance and gain competitive advantage and seize emerging growth opportunities.

Regarding business management and global talent development, take better care of the mobile families and retain the newly-developed skill-sets and experiences as a Human Capital Asset for enhancing corporate sustainability and profits.

Achieving all of this will prevent assignment disruptions or failure, and lead to getting to a measurable Return on the Investment in Talent Mobility integration.
