Hola and warm greetings to you from San Diego, California. This education event is our 9th for Latinoamerica, including #3 for Mexico. Personally, I am honoured to be able to be here with you and I thank you for being involved.

This is about continuing professional education; at the request of senior officials it is NOT a tradeshow atmosphere. Our program is designed for audience interaction, idea exchange within a NO FAULT, learning environment.

I love this quote for its simplicity and relevance to our event from Mr Larry Fink, Chairman & CEO, BlackRock:
"In a global, interconnected economy, jobs will flow to the nations, the regions and the companies with the best training and education for talent development".

Now I invite you to participate in the global research study on HR and COMPANIES GOING GLOBAL, LESSONS LEARNED... Please click ...(time required 9 minutes). At conference we will discuss findings and discuss things.

Here's what I want you take away from this meeting:
1, Learn new things, meet new people
2, Think about how to gain competitive advantage in various markets;
3, Learn more about 'winning' in the global competition for top talent;
4, Take the above elements and seize the day...emerging growth opportunities;
5, Learn more about how to strategically source talent, train it, develop it ...to help grow corporate sustainability, profits.
