Eric James Fullilove is an MIT graduate, a CPA, and a published author. He is Chief Financial Officer for World Vision International, the Christian child-focused humanitarian relief and development organization. He is an alumnus of public accounting firm Ernst and Young, and his experience includes senior finance and internal audit roles at CBS, Young and Rubicam, and Scholastic, the children’s book publisher, where he was Vice President of Finance for their direct marketing division. In addition, he has served as Chief Operating Officer for Housing Works, the New York City based provider of housing and services for homeless people with Aids and HIV and was Vice President of Finance and Administration for Teach For America, which trains outstanding college graduates to teach in under-resourced US schools. He joined World Vision as their Chief Audit Officer in 2007, and has been Chief Financial Officer since December, 2010.

Mr. Joe is a business executive who has built a highly successful career in such diverse industries as telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare, information technology, software development, and petroleum. Throughout his career he has demonstrated his ability to build and grow businesses by articulating vision, creating strategic plans, streamlining operations and removing silos. He is respected by his peers and colleagues for his insistence on adherence to corporate values that create cohesive teams that deliver better bottom line results. Mr. Joe is currently the President of DEX Corporation worldwide Supply Chain Services, an industry leader of reverse logistics supply chain services. In January of 2012, Mr. Joe was the President and COO of ISD Corporation a leader in the Justice Software industry. Prior to ISD, Mr. Joe served as President and COO of Public Communications Services, a telecommunications and software application enterprise for law enforcement. In this role, he grew the business and increased revenues 250% and net profit 170% within a four year timeframe. In addition, he designed and created operational efficiencies that grew gross profit from 24% to 34% in three years. Mr. Joe’s leadership style created a “Values Based” culture that removes silos and encourages cross functional collaboration among departments. He managed two, multi-million dollar acquisitions that increased company assets by 25%. Mr. Joe was instrumental in the sale of PCS to the market leader in the industry. Previously in his career, Mr. Joe was the Vice President of Operations for North Communications. Here, he managed a team of more than 50 software engineers and support personnel that developed Internet-based, banking kiosk applications. Mr. Joe began his career as an engineer for Exxon Company, USA, where he progressed up the management ranks for 17 years and managed multi-million dollar offshore oil and gas exploration and development projects in the Gulf of Mexico and California. Mr. Joe then became Chief Operating Officer for CyberOptions, Inc., a consulting and product development firm specializing in the healthcare industry. Mr. Joe received his MBA in Information Technology Management from California Lutheran University and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is active in several community and professional groups, including Vistage International and the Forum for Corporate Directors. He is a Certified Director and was a Board Member for the Los Angeles Area Council of the Boy Scouts. He is also a member of Tech Coast Angels since 2011 and has invested in a number of local startups.

Lew was the Chief Executive of Oxford Media Inc., a Video on Demand and High Speed Internet Access Company delivering content and services to the hospitality industry where he grew the Company to the second largest VOD provider in the segments they served while adding high margin services to the same customers and COO of Verso Technologies where he integrated numerous acquisitions that were made prior to his tenure while creating product bundles with in-house technology as well as developing strategic partners with other technology providers. At PictureTel Corporation, a $500 million, NASDAQ-listed Videoconferencing Company, he turned around the Company and increased its market value over 5 fold in two years by refocusing on customers, streamlining the product set and rebuilding the distribution channels. He also was the managing director of Arthur Andersen’s Corporate Finance practice in Boston where he managed over 20 client engagements in multiple industries designing turnaround and growth plans as well as guiding M&A activity. In addition to consulting Lew holds his Masters Certification of Public Company Board of Directors, Serves as the Chairman of the Board for FitLife Products and is the lead independent director for York Telecom. He also serverd for 8 years as the lead independent director on the board of; Benihana Inc. (BNHN:NASDAQ) the nation's largest chain of Japanese teppanyaki and sushi theme restaurants. As part of his Board duties, Lew has led special committees for boards that were formed to: explore strategic alternatives, options for capital raising, investigations on HR and insider trading allegations and strategic committees for the targeting of potential acquisitions. He is and sought after public speaker on various topics, including; Leadership, Management, Strategic Planning and Problem Solving, Convergence in Telecom and Corporate Renewal.
