Flávia Fernandes has initiated her career at PwC 13 years ago, in the International Assignment Solutions Department. She has accumulated experience on individual-related topics involving international companies, family businesses and large wealth activities. Flávia has a Law Degree as well as an MBA on Corporate and Economic Law from FGV/Management - Fundação Getúlio Vargas with a module at the Center for International Business, Education & Development, CIBED, at the Ohio University. Flávia has been participating as a speaker in seminars on individuals’ taxation, labor, social security and immigration matters in Brazil, in the US and in Europe.


Ana Rennar graduated in Law and Accountancy at PUC – Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Started her career in 2000 in Legal area. Has been at PwC for 8 years and now is a Manager in the Individuals’ Tax Compliance Department in São Paulo. Since then, she has been working at the International Assignment Solutions Department, providing compliance and consultancy services on immigration, labor, social security and fiscal matters, to medium and large Companies in different business.

Diana Quintas is Fragomen Brazil's Practice Leader and acts as Senior Manager of the firm's four offices in the country. With over ten years of Brazilian immigration experience, Diana advises corporations, institutions and individuals on all aspects of Brazilian immigration law, including short-term, long-term, rotational, technical and executive assignments. Daniel has 12 years of experience working with individuals - especially while on assignment. Has started at PwC as a trainee in 2000. Throughout his career he has been helping clients with tax, labor, social security and immigration assistance, both on consulting and compliance services. Holds a Bachelor degree in Law (from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, PUCC) as well as a Bachelor degree in Language and Literature (from Unicamp.) He also has a Post graduate degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas/SP and is currently pursuing a post-graduation degree in Tax Law at GVLaw. Has been a lecturer in seminars and workshops on individuals’ matters in Brazil and abroad for the past 7 years.
